About Group Dynamics

The Group Dynamics chapter of BNI began with a simple dream during the spring of 2006. A small group of local professionals joined forces with the desire to grow their respective businesses through “networking”. We had heard that an organization called Business Network International (BNI) was the worldwide leader in developing the framework for success in this marketing strategy.

We saw the untapped potential that this type of organization could add to our bottom lines but none of us knew the impact that belonging to this chapter could have on our businesses as well as our personal development.

Our chapter officially opened on October 19, 2006. After experiencing the usual growing pains and challenges that accompany any new business venture, Group Dynamics is more profitable than ever and the future is even brighter.

Our success has been exemplified by a “spirit de corps” that fosters teamwork and encourages participation among its members. The development of personal relationship through regular one-to-one meetings leads to a deeper understanding of not only each member’s business but also an appreciation of who that person is outside of the work environment.

The members of Group Dynamics share a common goal - to provide outstanding customer service within the highest ethical standards of our respective professions.

As important, our mission is to add value to our community through, free educational seminars and planned networking events.

Group Dynamics is also about having fun. Our meetings reflect the personalities of each chapter member. Visitors who attend our breakfasts always comment on not only how well organized the meetings are but that they enjoyed the fact that we are “real” and felt very welcome and comfortable.
